Who Will Second?

Parliamentary Law classes are being offered at the Woman's Club House by the first Vice-President of the National Parliamentarian Association. Mrs. William Anderson worked for 13 years with General Robert to revise Robert's Rules of Order. Some of the revision happened right here at Chautauqua.
