New Yorkers are proud of the historic record that has been compiled at Chautauqua for more than three quarters of a century. The combination of education, faith and the arts and recreation has challenges the minds and fulfilled many aspirations of children and adults alike. Please be assured of my continued cooperation and extend my respects and regard to all present."
