Friends,

This letter is the official notice of the Annual Meeting of the Chautauqua United Church of
Christ Society. All members in good standing (current 2026 members and life members) are
eligible to vote on the official business of the Society.

Our bylaws state we must have an annual meeting in person at Chautauqua each year. This is
your notice! The meeting will be held on Sunday, August 30 at 1:00 p.m. EDT in Randell Chapel
at the Headquarters.

If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, please return the Proxy form (click here) with
your instructions to Grace Lipman, Registrar.
