Annual Meeting: June/August

The Annual Meeting of the Chautauqua United Church of Christ Society was held at 1 pm on Sunday, August 19, 2018, in Randell Chapel in the Headquarters Building of the Society, located on the grounds of the Chautauqua Institution, Chautauqua, NY.

 

Business of the Society to be transacted that day includes:

  • Reports from the Chaplain Administrator, the President of the Board, and Board Committees.

  • Receipt and approval of last year’s Annual Meeting Minutes.  (A copy of unapproved Minutes may be found below)

  • The Treasurer’s Report and action on the Budget for 2019.

  • The Election of Board Members for the Class of 2021 and Officers of the Board for 2018-2019.

  • A 20/20 Campaign and Building Update.

Those eligible to vote on the business of the Annual Meeting are current 2018 CUCCS Members and Life Members. If you are an eligible voting member and are not able to attend the Annual Meeting, you may vote by proxy.  A proxy form for all the items of business is found below.  You can print the form, complete it, and mail it to:  

                        Chautauqua UCC Society, P.O. Box 68, Chautauqua, NY 14722

                            or, send it with the person you have chosen as your proxy.

Annual Meeting: June/August Notes

1. Copy and paste the text box (above) to the Annual Meeting Page.

2. Copy and paste the Meeting Minutes button (right) to the Annual Meeting Page under "Business of the day" and before the "Those eligible to vote" paragraph.

To edit the button:

- Double click on the button to change the text. Change the year.

- Click the "My Uploads" button (cloud with an arrow). Select "Docs." Upload PDF from your computer.

- Click on the button and select the link option. Link appropriate PDF to the button.

3. Copy and paste the CUCCS Proxy Form button (right) to the Annual Meeting Page under "or send it with the person you have chosen as your proxy" and before the bottom of the page.

*Note, do not delete the buttons or the text box from this page.

Annual Meeting: January

1. Attach Meeting Minutes from the previous summer to the button.

To edit the button:

- Double click on the button to change the text. Change the year.

- Click the "My Uploads" button (cloud with an arrow). Select "Docs." Upload PDF from your computer.

- Click on the button and select the link option. Link appropriate PDF to the button.

2. Delete the text box and current buttons (there are two) from the Annual Meeting Page.

 

3. Copy and paste the button and center it on the page.

*Note, do not delete the buttons or the text box from this page.
