This letter is the official notice of the Annual Meeting of the Chautauqua United Church of Christ Society. All members in good standing (current 2024 members and life members) are eligible to vote on the official business of the Society.   

  

Those of us who have the privilege to be on the grounds all summer are excited to see our members arrive for 1 or more weeks. It is a family reunion of the best kind each and every week. We enthusiastically remind you that you can access many of the presentations, worship and programming through the Chautauqua Assembly at YouTube. The Chautauqua website has instructions about how to do that. 

  

Our bylaws state we must have an annual meeting, in person, at Chautauqua each year. This is your notice! The meeting will be held on Sunday, August 25 at 1:00 p.m. EDT in Randell Chapel at the Headquarters.
