Rooms are generally rented by the week (Saturday to Saturday). Daily occupancy occasionally is available at $50.00 after June 1. Final weekend rates are also $50 per room per night (Saturday and Sunday).

 

All rooms have sinks. Shared toilet and bathing facilities are available on each floor (except for Mayflower Rooms 11 & 12, where guests use shower facilities on the second floor). Guests may bring their own bed linen and towels, or rent them for $15.00 per person per week. Ceiling/window or table fans are provided for each room.

 

Guests may cook meals in our community kitchen and are assigned shelf and refrigerator space. We enjoy shared dining tables. Limited shared freezer space is available. Cookware, eating utensils, dish soap, paper towels, sponges and an ice machine are provided. Bring dish towels and a flashlight. Internet is accessible throughout all facilities.
