Our goal is to embody the all-encompassing love of Jesus Christ to all persons, regardless of race, gender, place of origin, religion, economic status, or sexual orientation.Because of our love for Jesus Christ and all who Christ loves, and with gratitude for our unique location at the heart of the Chautauqua Institution, we exist to promote Christian friendship, spiritual renewal, and intellectual growth by providing affordable housing in a family environment. In 1875, one year after the Chautauqua Institution was organized, the Chautauqua Congregational Association was gathered. In 1922, the Chautauqua Reformed Church Society was founded.
