Accommodations for society member guests are available at the Reformed Church House located at 10 Pratt (10 rooms) and at the Mayflower located at 30 South Terrace (24 rooms). Click here to view and download the 2017 Room Rates. 

Reformed Church House

The Reformed Church House is located at 10 Pratt, on the corner of Pratt and Miller. It is across the street from Smith Memorial Library and Bestor Plaza, and a short walk to the Amp.

Guest rooms 1-10 are located on the second and third floors in the Reformed Church House. These rooms are typically assigned to adult guests. Rooms 1, 2, and 3 have direct access to a second floor porch. All guests are invited to enjoy the large first floor porch and parlor.

Reformed Church House guests store their food items, prepare meals, and dine in the Mayflower lower level, which is located at 30 South Terrace.

Mayflower

The Mayflower is located at 30 South Terrace, on the corner of South Terrace and Bowman. It is directly across from the Amp.

24 guest rooms are located on the first, second, third, and fourth floors in the Mayflower. These rooms are typically assigned to both adult guests and adult guests with children. Rooms 11 and 12 have direct access to the first floor porch. Rooms 23, 24, and 25 have direct access to the second floor porch. Rooms 33, 34, and 35 have direct access to the third floor porch. All guests are invited to enjoy the large first floor porch and parlor.

The community kitchen and dining room are located in the Mayflower lower level. Mayflower guests store their food items, prepare meals, and dine there. Elevator access is provided from the lower level to the first, second, and third floor rooms.

Rooms are generally rented by the week (Saturday to Saturday). Daily occupancy occasionally is available at $40.00 after 1 June. Final weekend rates are $25 per room per night (Saturday and Sunday).

All rooms have sinks. Shared toilet and bathing facilities are available on each floor (except for Mayflower Rooms 11 & 12, where guests use shower facilities on the second floor). Guests may bring their own bed linen and towels, or rent them for $10.00 per person per week. Ceiling/window or table fans are provided for each room. Free encrypted high speed internet access is provided in all facilities. Guests are expected to abide by the published room, toilet, and bath guidelines for the benefit of all other guests.

Guests may cook meals in the Mayflower community kitchen and use the community seating dining room. Food storage shelf space and refrigerator space is assigned. Limited shared freezer space is available. Cookware, eating utensils, dish soap, paper towels, sponges and an ice machine are provided. Guests are expected to bring their own dish towels. Guests are expected to abide by the published dining room and kitchen guidelines for the benefit of all other guests.

REFUND POLICY: While you may cancel your reservation at any time by contacting the registrar, once you receive your confirmation, your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel your reservation after May 15 you will not receive a refund on any monies paid for the room.  We do not provide refunds on Membership.

PRIVACY POLICY: Personal information is collected for the purpose of processing your membership and/or housing request. Unless you request your contact information be included in the directory, all information collected via this website is kept confidential and is not shared.
